Manny Recinos is a proud Principal and REALTOR® with Common Ground Real Estate, known for building his business through relationships, community, and purpose driven leadership. Based in Atlanta, Manny has been active in the industry since 2010, beginning his career as an investor renovating and flipping homes before transitioning into full time brokerage.
Raised in a real estate driven family, Manny purchased his first home early on, an experience that sparked his passion for helping others achieve homeownership and build long term wealth. Over the years, he has guided clients through everything from first time purchases to custom builds and strategic investment opportunities, combining strong market knowledge with a high touch, client first approach.
After serving as CEO and Team Leader of Keller Williams Metro Atlanta, he led a high performing and rapidly growing office of more than 240 agents, centered around productivity, agent development, and market share within one of the top real estate brands in the country. He later relaunched Common Ground alongside his friend and business partner, Justin Ziegler.
The brand is built on the belief that real estate begins with people and is driven by a renewed focus on growth, collaboration, and impact. That leadership chapter continues to show up in how he works every day, from how he mentors agents to how he delivers for his clients.
A passionate advocate for access and representation in the industry, Manny has held leadership roles with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, serving as Atlanta Chapter President in 2021, and the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, where he also served as Chapter President.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Manny is committed to serving a diverse clientele and creating a seamless, informed experience for every buyer, seller, and investor he works with. He is also the creator behind @MannyHostsATL, a platform dedicated to showcasing the energy of Atlanta.
Outside of real estate, Manny enjoys traveling, exploring Atlanta’s food scene, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
