Who we are
Common Ground Real Estate is a boutique real estate brokerage which is affiliated with PalmerHouse Properties. Located in downtown Decatur, GA, our team of 20+ agents is a diverse range of agents that have been in the industry for years to those agents that are new.
We set ourselves apart by doing more for our agents which in turn allows them to do more for our clients. With a full-time director of operations, marketing team, team leader, and productivity coach, we are able to take care of our agents in ways other brokerages fall short. Not only do we support our agents but, we feel supporting the community is just as important.
